Stayed here with my family members, everything was good. The location of the apartment was comfortable and excellent for my needs short walk to the beach and the market as well as the market. Plus it was located by the sea😀❤

The location was perfect for a short seaside holiday, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, train station, and two fantastic chippies. We also loved being right next to the shopping center, with all the shops we needed, like Morrisons, Home Bargains, and Costa Coffee. The owner, Joel, was excellent with communication, responding quickly to our inquiries. The apartment itself may be small, but it was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen. It provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable break by the sea.

For families with children, it would be great if there were handrails in the bathroom to prevent any accidents.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at Pendle House Apartment 1 in Colwyn Bay. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials we needed for our break. It was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our large family. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and the market. Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. It had better facilities and more space compared to a Travel Lodge. The host was excellent and even contacted us to return a forgotten cuddly toy. We were able to cater for ourselves, making our experience more enjoyable. The cost was similar to Travel Lodge. Will use again.
